Incidental Glioblastoma Multiforme Detected on 18F-DCFPyL PET/CT Prostate Cancer Staging.

Abstract
A 77-year-old man was referred for an 18F-DCFPyl PET/CT scan for staging of prostate cancer. The scan demonstrated an incidental intensely avid brain lesion in the right frontal lobe. Subsequently, a right frontal craniotomy and resection of the lesion were performed, confirming IDH wild-type glioblastoma WHO Grade 4.
