Saxsons own-brand tiltable dose dispenser — the bench-mounted PET dose-withdrawal system that brings the vial neck to the operator syringe without lifting the vial out of the shielded chamber. Two shielding tiers: 30 mm Pb 3-part Lead Pot (RPDD1-A series) or 20 mm Tungsten 3-part vial shield (RPDD-J-HRT series) — picked per the radiopharmacy lead vs tungsten preference. Tiltable mechanism + 3-part architecture (top cap + middle cap + base) means only the top cap moves per dispense; the vial stays in the shielded position across the full multi-dispense campaign. Swivel-jaw and with-rod ergonomic variants. Bench-mounted 272×256×296 mm footprint pairs with the Saxsons L-Bench PET (NM-036), Lead-Lined Fume Hood (NM-031) and PET tungsten syringe shield range. Designed and manufactured in India by Saxsons Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in an ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 approved plant.

Source-vial stays in the shielded base · only the top cap moves per dispense
30 mm Pb tier · 3-part Lead Pot · 30 cc vial. Source vial sits in the base; per-dispense the operator tilts to bring the needle hole to the syringe, withdraws the dose, releases the tilt and the vial returns to upright shielded position.
30 mm Pb tier covers Ga-68-DOTATATE / DOTATOC / PSMA-11 per-elution dispensing. Same 3-part architecture, same tilt-and-withdraw workflow.
20 mm Tungsten tier (alternate to 30 mm Pb) — pairs with the Tungsten 3-part vial shield (15 cc). The smaller chassis fits Lu-177 PRRT prep where vial volume is 15 cc rather than 30 cc.
Source vial stays in the base across all 25–40 per-shift dispenses; only the top cap moves per dispense. The vial is not lifted out, not re-shielded, not re-handled — minimises operator exposure cumulatively across the shift.
The 272×256×296 mm bench-mount dispenser sits on the Saxsons L-Bench PET worktop (NM-036) next to the dose calibrator. The full Saxsons dispense workflow — fume hood + L-bench + dose dispenser + vial shield + syringe shield + sharps container + waste bin — covers the end-to-end PET dispense cycle.
Three mechanism variants for the same shielding tier. Tilt is the workhorse; swivel-jaw is ergonomic for fixed-height operators; with-rod is the leverage-preferred variant. The radiopharmacy picks per operator preference; the shielded outcome is identical.
Top cap closes the needle hole; middle cap has the needle-access hole; base holds the vial. Per-dispense: lift top cap, withdraw dose, replace top cap. The vial NEVER comes out of the shielded base across the multi-dispense campaign. Operator hand never approaches an unshielded vial.
The dose-withdrawal step is where operator extremity dose accumulates. A tiltable dispenser brings the needle hole DOWN to the operator-held syringe — the operator hand stays at the syringe plunger, the vial stays in the shielded base. Per-dispense extremity dose drops measurably vs lift-out-and-withdraw.
30 mm Pb tier is the radiopharmacy workhorse (3-part Lead Pot, 30 cc vial geometry). 20 mm Tungsten tier offers an alternate chassis for radiopharmacies that prefer tungsten's high-Z high-density compactness. Same dispense workflow, same 3-part architecture.
