PSMA-avid Pleural Solitary Fibrous Tumor Incidentally Detected on [ 18 F] Piflufolastat PSMA PET/CT.

Abstract
An 81-year-old man with biopsy-proven high-risk prostate cancer (PCa) underwent staging with [ 18 F]piflufolastat PET/CT. Imaging showed intense uptake in the prostate gland and an incidental PSMA-avid pleural lesion in the right costophrenic recess. A surgical resection of the pleural lesion was performed, revealing a well-circumscribed spindle-cell mesenchymal proliferation consistent with a solitary fibrous tumor of pleura (SFTP).
