F-18 unit-dose automation inside any shielded laminar-flow cell
F-18 PET tracer unit-dose dispensing
In India, the primary daily workload — FDG, NaF, F-DOPA and PSMA-1007 unit doses drawn from cyclotron-produced bulk into patient syringes / vials. CRP runs the automation; the FLEX (or similar) provides the Grade A shielded environment around it.
Closed-vial dispensing
CRP Compact + piercing option (or CRP Compact plus in its standard config) handles closed-vial dispensing via septum piercing — keeping the dispensed product container sealed from atmospheric exposure.
Open-vial dispensing with crimping
CRP Compact and Compact plus both handle open-vial dispensing with subsequent rubber-stopper + crimped aluminum-ring capping in a single automated sequence.
Push-fit capping (Compact plus)
CRP Compact plus adds push-fit cap support — useful for vial workflows where crimping is not the preferred final-seal method.
Inside-cell automation upgrade
An existing manual hot cell with a calibrator well and telemanipulator can be upgraded to fully automated dispensing by installing a CRP — no full cell replacement needed ((the manufacturer )"compact dimensions, any type of shielded LAF cell" spec).
FLEX + CRP integrated workflow
Specified together, the FLEX dispensing hot cell hosts the CRP as its inside-cell automation. One Saxsons-supplied package: the shielded Grade A environment + the automated dispensing module + the AERB import path.
